Carolina Saidenberg is an artist from São Paulo , Brazil, born in 1977.

Art Bacharel , post graduated by Fine Arts University of São Paulo.

Bachelor of Arts, with post graduate degree in Fine Arts, participates in national and international exhibitions, collective and individual. Her themes fluctuate between feminine themes and dreams, oriental and urban landscapes with circus characters.

From a very young age, she started to draw. Before even learning how to walk, Carolina Saidenberg went crawling and drawing on the freshly painted walls of her parents’ new house.
Instead of being reprimanded by this, she was infact encouraged by her parents .
Soon Carolina could use a wall in the backyard to make drawings and murals freely.

Her father, the artist Luiz Saidenberg, was a great master in her life and taught her how to draw with ink and pen in the style of Alex Raymond. During her youth , she could attend several art courses. At the age of 11, she began studying oil painting.

At College times she began participating in exhibitions, but pursued a career in creative advertising for many years.
In 2011, she decided to leave the security of a formal job and moved to Italy, where she could study art, fashion design and jewelry design. Returning to Brazil, in 2012, she started to dedicate herself exclusively to art, and that is what she has been doing ever since.

Carolina Saidenberg é uma artista paulistana nascida em 1977.

Bacharel em Artes , pós graduada pela Belas Artes, participa de exposições nacionais e internacionais, coletivas e individuais. Seus temas flutuam entre o tema feminino e de sonhos, orientais e paisagens urbanas com seres circenses.

Desde muito pequena começou a desenhar.
Antes de aprender a andar , saiu engatinhando e rabiscando as paredes recém pintadas da nova casa de seus pais.
Ao invés de ser repreendida, foi incentivada. Logo ganhou uma parede no quintal para fazer desenhos e murais.
Seu pai, o artista plástico Luiz Saidenberg, foi um grande mestre e a ensinava a desenhar com tinta nanquim e pena ao estilo de Alex Raymond. Fez diversos cursos livres de arte. Aos 11 anos começou a ter aulas de pintura a óleo.

Começou a participar de exposições na época da faculdade, mas seguiu uma carreira em criação publicitária por muitos anos, levando a arte em paralelo. Até que em 2011, resolveu deixar a segurança de um emprego formal e se mudou para a Itália, onde estudou arte e design de moda e joalheria. Neste período de redescobrimento e desde o retorno ao Brasil, passou a se dedicar exclusivamente a sua vocação, a arte e é isso o que tem feito desde então.
